Bruce Marshall has had a successful career in investments for five decades. His commercial real property activities started in 1972 in Miami, Florida working for the first REIT in the country, First Mortgage Advisors. He was a leading corporate sales producer in commercial real estate for SVN International. There he sold in excess of $750,000,000 of commercial real estate. He was one of the “Top-Five Producers” and received “Partner’s Circle Status” and “Achievers Status” on numerous occasions. At SVN he was also selected to receive the “Humanitarian of the Year Award” for his involvement in building an elementary school in Liberia, West Africa.

Mr. Marshall has historically been quite innovative in his real property acquisitions as both principal and fiduciary advisor. He has had the unusual opportunity to be partners of many international investors from around the world including the countries of Japan, Saudi Arabia, China, and the United Kingdom. Investment Activities in commercial real estate eclipsed $1,000,000,000. These investments included all types of commercial property: office, hotels, industrial, retail, multi-family, and residential.

Bruce Marshall has had a history of entrepreneurship in his professional career. He formulated unusually creative financial models to evaluate real property assets when micro-computers first emerged working with pioneering software such as VisiCalc and MultiPlan before Excel was created. He likewise developed a Potato Packing business known as Ida-Pac in Duboise and Idaho Falls, Idaho in the 1980’s that proved to be transformative in that industry. He has utilized this same type of ingenuity and financial capability to craft unusually unique “out-of-the box” tools for stock option trading.

Mr. Marshall is the father of six children and grandfather to 16 grandchildren and has resided in Dallas since 1974. He is a graduate of the Williston-Northampton Preparatory School in Easthampton, Massachusetts. He is also a magna-cum laude graduate of Denison University in 1972. At Denison he was captain of his Collegiate Varsity Soccer Team. He was additionally a member of a Top-Ten Nationally-Ranked Varsity College Lacrosse Team. There he was selected as a member of the “Omicron Delta Kappa” National Leadership Honorary and he served as “Rush Chairman” of Mu Chapter of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
